Sandos Hotels & Resorts in Mexico would like to notify you and your clients about a new fee that is being implemented!

In accordance with the implementation of the environmental sanitation fee in the municipality of Playa del Carmen (Soildaridad), all hotel guest are required to pay this mandatory fee upon check in with either cash or with credit card at their hotel.

This fee will apply to all guests staying at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort and Sandos Playacar Beach Resort starting October 1, 2017.

The fee amount will be the following:
• $10,- Mexican pesos per room per night from October 1 until December 31, 2017, both dates included.
• $20,- Mexican pesos per room per night from January 1, 2018 onward until further notice.
