CIE Tours has a new 2024 Scottish Daytripper itinerary available for departures starting March 2024.

The tour operator says the trip gives travelers an opportunity to explore Scotland’s landscapes in a series of daytrips with the convenience of a single hotel.

Clients who book by Aug. 31, 2023, can take advantage of savings of US$200 per couple on the Scottish Daytripper tour with CIE Tours’ Early Bird Discount.

The six-day itinerary begins in Glasgow with accommodation at The Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel, in the heart of the city’s West End area. The next five days’ worth of day trips include Stirling Castle; the Isle of Arran; Edinburgh Castle; and a scenic cruise around Loch Lomond.

There’s also the option to extend the vacation with pre- or post-nights in Glasgow with negotiated hotel rates for added convenience and flexibility.

The new itinerary starts at the Early Bird Discount price of $1,495 per person, land only, when booked by August 31, 2023. Motorcoach transportation, most meals, all admissions and inclusions per the itinerary, and the services of a locally based Tour Director are included.

Also new for 2024, CIE Tours’ Tuscan Treasures with Cinque Terre guided vacation takes guests on an eight-day journey through the Italian countryside with Montecatini Terme as the base to explore. Other daytripper style options include six days based in London with the London Daytripper or a week staying in the village of Adare on the Ireland South Daytripper.
