A $300 million investment

Supplier: Omni Hotels & Resorts
Location: United States

After more than two years of construction, Omni Louisville Hotel, the city’s tallest and most luxurious hotel, is open following a ceremonial ribbon cutting.

Hotel highlights include:

Food & Beverage:

• Neighborhood Services restaurant offering all-day dining;
• The Library Bar with cocktails and local art;
• The Water Company, a rooftop pool bar and grill;
• Texas-staple Bob’s Steak & Chop House as the hotel’s fine-dining establishment serving traditional, American prime cut steaks.

Urban Market:

Falls City Market is a dynamic, modern urban market and food hall offering prepared foods and beverages as well as grocery staples. With shops including Louisville’s own Heine Brothers’ Coffee, a bookstore, artisanal pizzas, bakery, wine shop, flower store and more, Falls City Market will transform Liberty Street into a pedestrian thoroughfare, serving as a community gateway for hotel guests and locals alike.

Guests will have access to an urban rooftop pool deck; fitness center; Mokara signature spa; local art gallery; and Pin + Proof, a speakeasy with four professional bowling lanes. Lewis + Louis, a bourbon retail and tasting room, offers a boutique experience with Kentucky’s native spirit, while Miller & Co. features locally sourced artisanal gifts.

Meetings & Events:

The hotel offers approximately 70,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space. Convention and group attendees will have access to an additional 300,000 square feet of exhibit space at the nearby Kentucky International Convention Center.
