Atelier de Hoteles
ESTUDIO Playa Mujeres is fully operating by now

October 28 - ATELIER de Hoteles happily informs that after the inland strike of Hurricane Zeta in Quintana Roo, ATELIER · ESTUDIO Playa Mujeres is fully operating by now. Having said this, ATELIER de Hoteles confirms and re-assures that the resort is safe for guests and co-workers, and completely ready to start welcoming all visitors.

However, due to local and state regulations, and for safety reasons, the access to the beach is now closed, and will be re-opened as soon as weather is non-hazardous.

Indoor service is now available at restaurants and bars as service to outdoor venues may not be regular as in other windy or rainy days. Opening hours of restaurants and bars are subject to change as per weather or operations conditions.

Additionally, ÓLEO Cancún Playa will be re-opened until further notice. Guests with reservations to travel during the closure may be rescheduled at no additional charges for stays up to December 21st, 2020.

ATELIER de Hoteles’ Flexible Reservation and Cancellation Policies are now up to date and can be consulted in the following link: atelierdehoteles.com.

For specific enquiries, please contact the Reservations team at: reservations@adh.com.

It is also worthy to mention that ATELIER de Hoteles is in continue monitoring and communication with local and state as this hydrometeorological phenomena bustles away to ensure all guests enjoy their stay.

All ATELIER de Hoteles’ resorts comply with the Shielded Vacations Protocol that ensure safeness to all guests and co-workers in clean and disinfected environments. Read more about this protocol here: atelierdehoteles.com.
