Supplier: G Adventures
As COVID-19 continues to create global uncertainty, G Adventures has made the difficult decision to further suspend all of their G Adventures and National Geographic Journeys with G Adventures tours through to September 30, 2020, as well as the Falklands, South Georgia & Antarctica G Expedition trip departing October 21, 2020.
They’re working really closely with all of their partner suppliers including hotel, ground transportation and meal providers, to prepare for their tour relaunch. This includes the increased health and safety measures G has put in place on all of their tours as part of the new Travel with Confidence policy .
As you can imagine, this will take some time and G Adventures immediate priority is to focus on opening up in controlled stages ensuring the safety and security of their travellers, staff, and partners alike. At the same time, G Adventures needs to consider current travel restrictions by country and region which may impact and influence travellers’ ability to travel — or provide opportunities to do so.
With the exception of 21 select tours in Europe, G Adventures has made the difficult decision to further suspend all of their G Adventures tours through to September 30, 2020 as well as the Falklands, South Georgia & Antarctica G Expedition trip departing October 21, 2020. They are disappointed to be sharing this news with you today. Given this ongoing global uncertainty, however, they believe that proactively suspending these tours now is the right thing to do.
The safety and security of your travellers, along with that of their staff and partners, is G Adventures top priority, and this is a precautionary measure to continue to protect the travel community at this time.
Over the coming weeks, G Adventures will continue to reevaluate all of our tours, doing the utmost to find ways to run them and will continue to keep you informed of their progress as they move forward.
