Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism
D,R. has updated its entry requirements for citizens of several countries

The Dominican Republic has updated its entry requirements for citizens of several countries.

Up until now, the general rule for entry was to have a passport valid for six months.

With the update, citizens of Canada, the United States, European countries, England, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Ecuador are allowed to enter the Dominican Republic for tourist purposes exclusively, with a valid passport during their stay and departure from the country.

This new measure is valid until May 31, 2024.
